Nike

"Shanghai Ping Pong"

Brief Overview: In the run upto the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Nike wanted to do some regional brand building for the next generation of sport enthusiasts in East Asia. This content would be hosted on local owned social channels in key localities.

Concept & Approach: We produced a short branded story on 9 year old Ying Chao, a young Shanghai Ping Pong enthusiast with hopes of playing for his nation some day. As Ping Pong, or as it also called Table Tennis, is an Olympic sport, we felt that it would galvanise the spirit of the upcoming games for parents and children.
